Hello! My name is Jeffrey A Kahn, Ph.D., CIPS, SERS, TRC.

I have had the pleasure of being a full-time REALTOR since 1993. I started in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area, where I was an agent, Managing Broker, and Broker/Owner. I was honored to serve as the President of the 5th Largest Real Estate Association in the Nation and was selected as REALTOR of The Year.

During my almost 28 years, I have taken multiple continuing education courses to expand my areas of competency. I have taken multiple courses in luxury home selling and buying and have received certifications in the same.

Another area of concentration is International Real Estate. I received the Certified International Property Specialist designation a few years ago. I currently work with several real estate agents in Countries across the globe.

Working in Florida made it important for me to receive my Senior Real Estate Specialist which taught me about the special needs and trends in the real estate market for seniors.

My most recent certification is in helping those who have been in the Military Relocation to this area.

I support our hometown heroes and have created a special hometown heroes discount program, as a personal thanks for all that they do and have done.

In addition to active military, if any of these hometown heroes buy or sell a home through me and my team, we will give them a return of 20% of our commission to help them with their sale or purchase.

I have been an award-winning chef from earlier times and have added a special section on this web with some of my favorite recipes.

One of my nicknames is “The Dog Realty” since I am a lover of dogs and cats and take my best friend ‘Peanut Buster’ everywhere with me.
