Stretching my legs today since it is the first time I am back in the active ‘real estate saddle’ again after a too long layoff. Today is the first day I am showing property in almost a year. Even though technically, I did not take a year off, it almost seems that way. G-d only knows how much I enjoyed the bi-weekly golf games, the many Pickleball games per week and lots of time on the computer, that I can assure you was wasted time.

In about an hour, I re-invigorate myself and get in the car and pick up my customer and show him lots of great properties for sale. I am sure that between the list today and the list I have for tomorrow, he will say …’this one is perfect!’

Couldn’t ask for a better day. Sunny, temps climbing to the mid 80s, car all gassed and clean. And yes, I am taking a car and not a golf cart. Although I love a golf cart as much as anyone here, it is just not right for showing property in several Villages.

Fingers crossed that the day ends and great as it is starting out.
